Use & Care

Ready to wear. These shawls are washed using gentle products suitable for sensitive skin and are therefore ready for immediate use.

Hand wash with a delicates-approved detergent like or pure soap flakes and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat.

Due to the nature of our traditionally hand-finished baby shawls, knitted as they are using finest natural yarns, please hand-wash them in water up to 40° Celsius for cotton shawls. 

Dry flat, away from direct sunlight and heat and never tumble-dry. Note that the scalloped edges will naturally relax after washing. This is normal and does not deter from the quality of the product.

For a perfect finish - for those with some meditative time on their hands - gently pin out the scalloped edges, cover the shawl with a cloth and press with a cool iron.
